Montecito at McDowell Mountain
Ranch was developed by Greystone Homes from 1997 ~ 1999 and consists of 83
single family homes. Montecito was one of the last subdivisions built in
McDowell Mountain Ranch. Montecito
offered four different floor plans, two single level plans and two multi-story
plans. These floor plans ranged
in size from 2,200 square feet to 3,600 square feet. It is located on the south east corner of
Thompson Peak Parkway and Bell Road. Montecito has so much to offer including
sensational views of the McDowell Mountains and spectacular city lights. In addition, Montecito is located directly

Elementary School, Desert Canyon Middle School and Saguaro High School. Some
students attend other local schools through open enrollment; they are Copper
Ridge Middle School, Chaparral High School and Desert Mountain High School. There are a variety of private
school choices such as Notre Dame Preparatory High School and Scottsdale
Christian Academy.
