There are 3 Neighborhoods in Grayhawk 

Grayhawk neighborhoods are broken down into 3 into three major sections called The Parks at Grayhawk, Raptor Retreat, and Talon Retreat.

The Parks

The Park side is the western half of Grayhawk. It is located between Scottsdale Road and Hayden Road. It offers nearly 500 acres catering to family-oriented buyers. The Parks offers lots of large grassy area and playground equipment spread out though The Park. Grayhawk Schools are walking distance for the residents of the Parks section of Grayhawk. Homes range from 400K to 800K in the Parks section of Grayhawk.

Talon & Raptor Retreat

The Retreat is located east of Hayden stretching to Pima and offers a guard gate on both the north and south side of Thompson Peak. Talon and Raptor guard gated communities offer two amazing golf courses. One for Talon and one for Retreat.
